About Public Storage
This Public Storage location in Tinley Park handles RVs and boats alongside regular self-storage. You'll find indoor and outdoor options, with drive-up access to units up to 10x30. The property is open 24/7, so you can get to your rig whenever you need it. Reviewers keep bringing up Dawnya by name. She's the one who walks people through renting for the first time, shows them the unit, and explains billing so it actually makes sense. Folks call her helpful, informative, and easy to work with. The property itself gets mentioned as clean and secure, and the online rental process lets you skip the counter. One reviewer had a bad experience with a lock deposit and poor follow-up from management, so keep that in mind. But the overall rating sits at 4.9 from 362 reviews, and most people point to the staff as the reason they'd recommend the place.
