Public Storage, 68 Groveville Rd

About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Trenton and handles more than boxes. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots are all on the menu, and boats and RVs fit into the mix alongside regular household storage. The property is gated and lit, with keypad entry and 24/7 access, so you can pull in and out on your own schedule. On-site staff are part of the setup too. Reviewers tend to talk about the people first. Ashley and Carissa come up by name for walking customers through the rental process, answering questions and hunting down a unit at another location when this one didn't have the right fit. Others call the property clean and the staff organized and informative. A few mention renting online and getting gate access through the app. Not every review is glowing. One long-term customer wrote that the rate climbed sharply over three years and felt misled about a discount tied to a review. Another described trouble reaching a manager after their unit was tampered with. With 652 reviews averaging 4.9, the good ones dominate, but read the recent ones yourself before you sign.
