About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Troy side runs both indoor and outdoor storage, and the lot is open 24/7. Indoor units come climate controlled, some on the ground floor and some up the elevator, with swing or rollup doors depending on the unit. Small 5x5 and 5x10 sizes show up in the listings. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Teri and Cherish get named a lot for walking first-timers through the rental and making it quick. The online booking and eRental option get mentions too, and one renter said the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The complaints are worth knowing. A few reviews describe elevators out of order with no clear notice, which left people hauling things up flights. Others hit snags with the website portal and phone line. The office staff usually get credit for sorting those out. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are listed. Reserve online before you drive over.
