About Public Storage
Public Storage on Valrico's main drag offers covered, indoor, and outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and cars. The property is gated and lit, with 24/7 access, so you can roll in early or late. There's also a moving supply store on site if you need boxes or tape. Reviewers keep mentioning Mary at the front desk. They say she's kind, patient, and walks you through the lease without pressure. The online reservation and eRental option gets praise for being quick and easy. Several people note the units are clean and that dollies are available. One reviewer had a serious pest problem with roaches after two years, so inspect your unit carefully. Others complain about billing disputes. Most of the 582 reviews are positive, but it's worth reading the recent ones before you sign.
