About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Van Nuys and runs as a self-storage spot that also takes RVs, boats and cars. The units listed are climate controlled, from small 5x10 up to large 10x20, some on the first floor and some upstairs by elevator. Property access is 24/7 and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Reviewers keep bringing up Alex, the manager. People describe him as patient, professional and quick to answer questions, and one review mentions him helping a customer pick the right unit size. Others call the place clean and modern, with staff tidying up during office hours. Worth knowing: a few reviews mention rent going up not long after signing, with increases bigger than expected and notice that did not always arrive by email. That comes up more than once, so read your contract terms before you commit. No RV-specific sizes or prices are listed here.
