About Public Storage
This Public Storage on South Military Highway in Virginia Beach handles more than household overflow. The unit list includes large 10x20 and 10x30 outside spots with drive-up access and vehicle parking, plus indoor climate-controlled units if you want your rig out of the weather. Access is 24/7. Reviews mostly talk about the staff. Jessica gets named for being patient and thorough, Cassie for walking people through the lease terms, and Tammy for staying in touch and working around a customer's schedule. Several reviewers mention a smooth, clean, well-organized facility. One review is a loud complaint about unanswered move-out calls, so service here hasn't been perfect for everyone. Reserving online is free and there's an eRental option if you'd rather skip the counter. The company says it has been at this for nearly 50 years. Rates and availability aren't listed here, so call the location for those.
