About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Virginia Beach and rents spaces for RVs, boats, cars, and general belongings. You can pick from covered, indoor, or outdoor spots, and the property is gated with cameras and lighting. Access is available 24/7 via keypad, and there's an on-site manager. Reviewers keep mentioning Josi, the manager, by name. They describe her as patient and kind, especially helpful for first-timers and military moves. One reviewer said she helped them figure out the right unit size without feeling rushed. The quick rental process and clean units also come up. With a 4.8-star average from 417 reviews, the feedback skews positive, though one reviewer reported a theft incident. That's worth noting if security is a top concern. The facility offers online eRental to skip the counter, and the team has been in business for nearly 50 years. Reserve online for free.
