About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Virginia Beach and handles more than household goods. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots are on the menu, and the services list includes RV storage, boat storage and car storage. Drive up access and keypad entry at an electronic gate make it simple to get your rig in and out. The place is gated and lit, with security cameras on site and a manager working out of the office. Reviews run 4.8 across 645 ratings. The staff gets a lot of love, especially Stephanie and Karen, who reviewers call patient and thorough. One renter said Karen walked through every option without any rush. Others mention the rental process being quick. It is not all glowing. Some reviewers talk about rent going up over time, fees, and a lack of prorating if you leave early in the month. Others mention potholes in the lot and a break-in that was hard to resolve. Worth reading the recent reviews before you commit.
