About Public Storage
Public Storage on Western Center in Watauga handles RVs, boats and cars alongside regular self storage. You get covered, indoor and outdoor options, a gated property, lit grounds and 24/7 keypad access so you can pull in or out on your own schedule. There is drive up access for rigs that need it. The reviews point to the staff more than anything else. People name Amberlea and Melody and describe them as kind, professional and willing to go out of their way to sort out account issues. Reviewers also call the property clean and well maintained, with one noting the manager cleaning outside in the extreme heat. A few mention climate control and the online rental process as pluses. Not every review is glowing. One customer had a rough time with the phone line, saying they got wrong information on unit sizes and cancellation policies. If you reserve online, the eRental option lets you skip the counter. The location is wheelchair accessible. Call ahead to confirm what space fits your rig.
