About Public Storage
Public Storage in Waxahachie has outdoor drive-up spots for RVs and boats, plus indoor climate-controlled units if you want to keep your rig out of the weather. You can rent online and skip the counter. Access is 24/7, so you're not stuck with office hours. Reviewers often mention the staff answering questions and the easy access, though a few say customer service slipped after the place changed hands. Some complain about rent going up and the app not working with the gate. Others call the units clean and the online rental process simple. It's a mixed bag, but plenty of people have had a smooth experience. Outdoor spots fit vehicles up to 10x30, with a couple of smaller sizes for boats or rigs. If you need climate control, they have 10x10 and 10x15 indoor units. The place is open 24/7 and holds a 4.5-star rating from 123 Google reviews.
