Public Storage

About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in West Babylon, just off Sunrise Highway, and it mixes indoor self-storage with space for vehicles. The indoor units are climate controlled and reached by elevator or from the ground floor, with rollup doors. If you are parking a rig, the 10x20 outside units are enclosed and drive-up, set up as vehicle parking. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, especially Nicole, the property manager. They describe her as patient, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions, and one person said she moved them to a unit right across the hallway during a downsizing. Others call the grounds clean and secure, and a few mention John for getting business paperwork checked fast. Not every review is warm: one customer described a hostile exchange with an employee over a construction notice. Gates are open around the clock, and the office is staffed. Reserving online is free, and you can use eRental to skip the counter on move-in day. The company says it has been running locations like this for nearly 50 years. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
