About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on 21st Street in Wichita and handles more than household overflow. Covered, indoor and outdoor spaces are on the list, and the services include RV, boat and car storage. Drive up access and keypad entry at a gate keep the lot usable for bigger rigs. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Xima gets named over and over, described as kind, patient and quick to return calls. People mention she walked them through units and helped when an online rental gave them trouble. The app for gate access comes up too, along with units that were clean and ready at move-in. At 4.3 stars across 230 reviews, the gripes tend to land on rent and pricing. The location itself gets steady praise. Hours are posted, so call ahead if you need to catch the office rather than the gate.
