About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Joliet Road in Willowbrook handles RVs, boats, and vehicles along with regular self-storage. The lot is gated and you can get in 24/7. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space is free with no commitment. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Jose, Geneva, Tracy, and Barb come up for being helpful and keeping the place clean. One person said management fixed a gate code within 24 hours. Another mentioned a manager who took care of a problem right away. A few reviews note the property is well cared for. Not every review is positive. One renter had a problem with mice and said a promised fix never happened. Another thought it was overpriced. The facility offers drive-up access on many units, and some are on the first floor. For RV owners, the 10x30 boat or vehicle unit is the one to ask about.
