About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Winter Haven and handles more than boxes. Reviewers mention RV, boat and car storage alongside regular units, with covered, indoor and outdoor options in the mix. The place is gated and lit, with keypad and electronic gate access, and it stays open 24/7 so you can pull in when it suits you. There is an on-site manager and drive up access. What comes through in the reviews is the staff. Kind is the word that shows up most, and several people name Jeanetta, Lynn, Jamaal and Jordan for walking them through paperwork and last minute rentals without drama. One reviewer was ready to leave over a price change and says a manager found a solution that worked better. Others call the units clean and the pricing fair. Online eRental lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space costs nothing up front. The office keeps weekend hours, which helped one customer storing things right before a flight.
