About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Winter Park and covers more than self-storage. The listing names RV, boat and car storage, plus covered, indoor and outdoor options. The property is gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and it is lit. Access runs 24/7. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Nikki, the manager, gets named again and again for walking people through the rental process and making a move less stressful. People also mention clean units, clean hallways, and a smooth setup. A few note the online booking, and some mention air conditioned space. Not every review is warm. One person complained about reaching the local office by phone and about rate increases for longer-term customers. Worth reading the full set before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot.
