Range Avenue Mini Storage

About Range Avenue Mini Storage

Range Avenue Mini Storage is an outdoor self-storage lot in Denham Springs, Louisiana. It offers outdoor units plus boat and RV parking. The site has security cameras, though one reviewer said they only cover the perimeter. Managers live on site, and some reviewers have had trouble reaching them by phone. Reviews are mixed. Some praise the friendly, professional employees who can handle storage needs from small to large. Others report serious problems: units broken into, poor communication, and billing issues after moving out. The owner gets called negligent and disrespectful in one review. The cameras were upgraded after a break-in, according to a reviewer. If you're considering parking your rig here, read the recent reviews closely. The lot handles boats and RVs, and the outdoor setup is straightforward. Just know that security and management response are recurring complaints. It's worth a drive past to see the lot yourself and ask about camera coverage before you commit.
