About Ray Self Storage - Gate City
Ray Self Storage runs four locations across the Triad, and the Gate City spot in Greensboro handles self storage plus RV and boat parking. It sits under Ray Investment Properties. Climate-controlled units are available, and so are packing and moving supplies. Reviews point to the people first. One customer praised Morgan Little for making move-in easy, with a unit that matched the online listing and no surprise fees up front. Another mentioned Martha catching an unlocked unit and calling to save a month's rent after a move-out. A third appreciated Harvaun's patience during a unit transfer. The free move-in truck comes up often, including from a renter who said other places were booked. Reviewers also call the facility clean, with level floors and straight walls. Not every review is glowing. One renter complained about a rent increase after the first payment. The rating sits at 4.6 from 87 reviews, so read the recent ones yourself.
