About Recreation Services Inc
Recreation Services Inc runs pools and a boat storage lot in Niceville. Members mention three pools: Bay Drive, Woodlands, and Gleneagle. One reviewer has been a pool member for three years. Another says the pools and bathrooms are older but clean and well kept, with newer furniture and shade. Not everyone is happy. Reviews mention yearly fees that feel steep, bathrooms with missing windows and screens, and rules that seem loosely enforced. A boat owner reported an engine stolen from a stored boat, despite a chain and lock. The same review notes no lights and no security at the lot. Cameras are listed as an amenity. If you are considering storing a boat or joining the pools, read the reviews and see the place in person first.

What renters mention
“The pools and bathrooms are older, but very well kept. They are clean and in good condition. The poolside furniture is newer and there are plenty of places to sit either in the sun or shaded areas.” – Danna S., 3 years ago, on Google
