About Red Door Storage
Red Door Storage sits on the edge of Pella, close to the four lanes, so you can swing in for a quick drop or pickup on your way through town. Reviewers mention clean, easily accessible units and a staff that helps you pick a size that fits what you're storing. Renting happens online, and several people say the process is simple whether you go through the website or call and text. Autopay gets mentioned a lot too, and one long-time customer likes being able to pay ahead as far as they want. Safety and security come up in reviews, with renters saying their things are kept safely. Not every review is glowing. One person found their unit needed sweeping and had wasps to deal with, and another had trouble getting a callback about a prorated refund. Most of the 54 reviews land positive.
