About Redi Storage
Redi Storage is a family-owned self storage facility with seven locations in Northeast Ohio. The Stow location offers drive-up units and climate-controlled units, and specific locations offer RV, boat, and auto storage. Reviewers mention the climate-controlled facility kept their belongings dry during a multi-year stay. One customer praised the staff for being responsive and going out of their way to help. Another likes that rates don't constantly go up like at competitors. Clean and secure, according to one review. Not every review is positive. A long-term renter said the keypad stops working every year when the temperature drops, forcing them to use the inner pad and hurry before the gate closes. They also had trouble finding the right person to complain to. The facility has a 4.1 rating from 9 Google reviews.
