About Resolute Self Storage - Rochester
Resolute Self Storage sits in Rochester, WA, and handles outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and other vehicles alongside regular household units. It serves Rochester plus nearby towns like Grand Mound, Tenino, and Centralia. The site has cameras and digital video surveillance, and units are drive-up, so you can pull in and unload without hauling things across a lot. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 56 ratings. The manager comes up again and again: people describe her as kind, quick to respond, and willing to text back and forth to sort out problems. A renter locked out by a frozen lock got help on the spot. Others mention fair prices and a safe-feeling lot. Not every review is glowing. One mentions weeds growing up around unit doors and no office staff on site. Another says a purse was taken outside a unit. Worth reading through before you commit. Online bill pay is available if you would rather not deal with checks.
