About River City Storage, LLC
River City Storage sits close to downtown Grand Rapids and handles more than boxes. The listing covers self-storage plus automobile, boat and RV storage, so there is room for a rig that does not fit in a driveway. Reviews split. One person calls the staff wonderful and the prices great, and says the place is very secure. Another mentions a safe, clean facility and staff who helped unload furniture into a drive-up space. A third review is harsh, claiming a refund was refused after an RV spot turned out unsuitable, and raising concerns about security. With five Google reviews and a 3.8 rating, the picture is mixed. It may be worth a visit in person before you commit, especially if you are parking an RV rather than a unit.
