Riverside Storage

About Riverside Storage

Riverside Storage sits off Highway 34 on Riverside Drive in Albany. You get covered spots for RVs and boats along with regular self-storage units. The place is fully fenced and you get in with an electronic keypad at the gate. Cameras watch the property and a resident manager is on site. Reviews are mixed. One person called it superb and said the cost is great and it is clean. Another said the office lady was very nice and worked with them when they were going to be late on a payment. But some people have complaints. One review mentions mice getting into stored items. Another says billing got messed up a few times and they were locked out by mistake. Someone else said they paid off their unit and were still locked out days later. The gate locks at 8pm, which one reviewer found inconvenient. The facility serves Linn, Benton, Polk, Lane and Marion counties and has online payments and packing supplies. If you are thinking about parking your rig here, read the recent reviews and ask about the gate hours and billing setup before you sign.
