About RoadRunner Towing & Storage
RoadRunner Towing & Storage runs a towing operation and keeps RVs and boats on site in Yucaipa. Access is open around the clock, so you can get to your rig whenever you need it. The shop handles battery service, tire changes and long distance hauling too. Reviews come from people who mostly called for a tow, and the drivers get named a lot. Eddie, Pedro, Josh and Messi all show up in the feedback for being quick and courteous, and one customer said the whole thing wrapped in under an hour. Phone staff get credit as well for making the arrangement simple. Not every review is warm. One driver complained that a tow to a mechanic shop happened without the keys being handed over, and that the office wouldn't send anyone back to collect them. Another claimed a driver asked for a card payment up front. Worth reading through the 132 reviews yourself if you're deciding.
