About Rocklin Springview Mini Storage
Locals rate this Rocklin storage yard around 4.2 across 41 Google reviews. It's a small mom and pop operation, and the manager, Chris, comes up again and again in the reviews. People describe him as patient and accommodating, and one long-time tenant says he asks how the family is doing. Rent is the other big theme. Reviewers call the prices hard to beat and some of the best in town, and one person who's been there five years says the rent has only gone up twice, by small amounts. A few reviews mention late fee forgiveness. Not everything is glowing. Some reviewers complain about mice droppings in a unit and about confusion over pricing that seemed to change. If you're shopping around, read the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
