About Ross Point Storage LLC
Ross Point Storage sits in Post Falls, just off I-90 and Hwy 41. It handles self storage and runs a U-Haul dealer counter out of the same office. The rental side gets steady praise from reviewers, who call the trucks and trailers clean and the paperwork quick. Staff friendliness comes up again and again in the reviews. One customer of about nine years said they have never had a problem with the place, and others described the clerks as helpful and easy to talk to. A few mention people going out of their way to sort out a truck and a fair deal for a family move. You can pick up moving and packing supplies on site, and payments can be made online. Hours vary, so check before you drive over.
