This is the old Toy Shed lot on the north side of Fort Collins, locally owned and set up for RVs, campers, trailers, and vehicles. You pick from open parking, covered spots, or fully enclosed units, so there is a fit whether you want sun off the roof or a building around the rig. Security comes up a lot in the reviews. People call it a safe place to park and mention the security and the prices in the same breath. The lot is gated with a fenced perimeter, cameras, and an onsite resident, and you can get in any time of day. One reviewer had a short, rough exchange with the owner and left unhappy, so the front-office side is not unanimous. Online payments are available. Location is a plus for anyone living on the north end of town.
