About Safegard Mini Storage
Safegard Mini Storage has been a local fixture in Tigard for over 40 years. It's a gated spot with video monitoring and pest control, and when you call you get the on-site manager, not a call center. RV owners park cars, trailers, boats, and rigs here. Reviewers are split. Some praise the friendly staff, great prices, and easy access from 217. One long-time renter calls it a gated community for privacy. Others had rough experiences with the new manager, describing her as rude and disrespectful. A few mention no prorating on partial months, so read your contract. If you want a straightforward place with a gate and a person who answers the phone, it's worth a look. Just ask about the terms before you sign.
