About Sales Road Storage
Sales Road Storage in Tacoma handles both self-storage units and vehicle parking, with spaces for RVs, boats, and cars. The facility is gated, and you can get to your rig seven days a week. They also rent U-Haul trucks and trailers on site. Reviews are mixed, and some folks have had a rough time. One reviewer showed up during posted hours but found nobody in the office and a gate code that didn't work, so they couldn't get to their unit. Another drove eight hours from Spokane only to find a lock on their paid unit with no one answering the phone. A recent auction buyer felt the unit photos were misleading. The bright spot in the reviews is the new manager. One customer, just back from deployment, said the new manager turned everything around and the place deserves a much higher rating. Jim, the manager, gets a specific shout-out for being helpful. If you want to check availability, give them a call.
