About Security Self Storage - Downtown Raleigh
Security Self Storage sits in downtown Raleigh and sets aside parking for RVs and boats alongside its climate controlled units. The lot is fully fenced, with electronic entry and exit gates and 24 hour video surveillance. Staff keep moving supplies on hand, and you can rent a truck here if you need one for the move. Reviewers keep bringing up the people at the desk. Shane shows up in a lot of them, described as polite and good at matching you to the right unit size and truck. Others mention David, Seth, Rocky and Patrick setting up rentals fast, sometimes within the hour. A recurring theme is that the crew answers questions and walks you through payments and paperwork without pressure. Several reviewers mention keeping multiple units here over years and call the place safe and well kept. One noted the signs and staffing made a stressful move easier to get through. The 4.8 across 320 reviews suggests that experience is common, not a one-off.
