About Self Assured Storage
Self Assured Storage in Rock Springs offers indoor and outdoor RV storage, plus boat and vehicle parking. The lot is gated with 24/7 access, and cameras and a perimeter alarm system are in place. Online rental is an option, and one reviewer said it was very easy to purchase a storage rental and that the unit was clean. But the reviews are not all good. Several people said calls and emails went unanswered, with one describing leaving multiple messages with the answering service and getting no response. Another said they paid online but never received confirmation. Others mentioned problems with a lock being cut without notice and a vehicle's catalytic converter being stolen during a six-month stay. Someone also said the gate code was changed without being told. The facility has a 3.6-star rating from 14 Google reviews. If you rent here, keep an eye on your rig and confirm your spot before you leave it.
