About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul spot on Ben White in South Austin handles both indoor and outdoor storage, including vehicle and boat parking. The reviews are a mixed bag. One long-term customer called it incredibly clean and said everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Another praised how fast the process was and mentioned reasonable pricing. Not everyone is sold. A reviewer complained that trailers often block access to units, making it hard to get in without waiting for someone to move them. That's worth knowing if you need to swing by at odd hours. You get 24/7 access and security cameras. The facility offers climate-controlled units, an outdoor drive-up option, and vehicle storage. Month-to-month rentals are available, and you can pay online. If you're near South Austin or St. Edward's, it's a practical option. Staff members David, Veronica, and Yvette get named in positive reviews for being helpful.
