About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul spot on White Ln near Ashe Road handles indoor and outdoor vehicle storage in Bakersfield. Reviews mention the staff a lot, and they're mostly positive: helpful, kind, caring are the words that come up. One reviewer names Donna and Nichole specifically and calls them rockstars. Another says the manager was wonderful and treated them like a person, not just a customer. It's not all smooth. One reviewer said getting a live person on the phone was impossible, and another complained about trailers and a truck blocking the gate, which meant arguing with staff to move them. You get 24/7 access, cameras, climate-controlled units, and online payments. Contact-free rentals are an option, and they sell packing and moving supplies on site. Ratings sit around 4.4 across 11 reviews. If you're parking a rig near Laurelglen or Tevis Ranch, it's worth a look. Contact them for current rates.
