About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul self-storage spot on the Bridgeport side sits near Downtown, Brooklawn, and Black Rock, close to Pleasure Beach. You get both indoor units and outdoor drive-up spots, which helps if you are parking a rig and want to pull straight in rather than thread a tight aisle. Climate control is available for the indoor side, and the site has cameras and 24/7 access. Reviews are a mixed bag. Several people had good things to say about the staff, calling them welcoming and helpful. One reviewer liked the clean facility but found mice droppings on their unit floor. Another wrote about a break-in and flooding damage and said no one from management reached out. Month-to-month rentals, online payments, and contact-free move-in are part of the setup. Packing supplies and moving carts are on hand. The place also handles boat storage. Read the reviews yourself before you commit.
