About Self-Storage at U-Haul

This U-Haul spot in El Cajon handles RV and boat storage along with regular self-storage. You get both indoor and outdoor options, and the lot is fenced with cameras. Access is 24/7, so you can roll in or out whenever. There's also a wash on site, which is handy after a trip. Reviewers mention Priscilla and the crew at the counter as dedicated and patient, even when the place is busy with trucks and customers. One person had a size issue and ended up with two smaller units, but the staff made it work. Not everyone was pleased, though. One review simply said poor customer service. It's month-to-month, and you can pay online. The facility sits near Bostonia and Wells Park. If you need a spot for your rig and want easy access, this is worth a look. Give them a call to check availability.

“The size of unit I wanted was not available. But I was able to get 2 smaller units. The employees working the counter are really dedicated to the job and customer satisfaction. A good group of people to help you with your storage.” – J V., a year ago, on Google
“Priscilla was great as were the other employees. I had just completed a cross-country drive, I was a bit manic and she was still able to communicate with me in a way that I understood.” – Tony P., a year ago, on Google
