About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul facility on the Kyle Avenue corridor in Gadsden covers self-storage and vehicle parking in one spot. Indoor and outdoor drive-up options are both on the list, along with climate control and boat storage. Cameras are part of the setup, and renters get 24/7 access. Rentals run month to month, and you can handle payments and your account online. Reviews land at 4.1 stars across nine Google reviews, and the staff gets the most praise. One reviewer said Kimberly knew her stuff and helped resize a unit that turned out too small, then walked her through packing and unloading. Others called the team friendly and professional. Not every review is positive, though. One person reported items stolen from an indoor unit and said the facility did not act, and another wrote about continued messages after a family member's death. It is a working option if you need storage or a place to park a rig near East Gadsden, but read the reviews and ask about security procedures before you sign.
