About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This is the U-Haul facility on Cypress Creek Parkway, near the FM 1960 corridor and Champion Forest. It does indoor and outdoor storage, including drive-up units and vehicle and boat parking. Access runs around the clock, and the property has cameras. There is climate-controlled storage if you want your things out of the Houston heat and humidity. Rentals are month to month, and you can pay and manage your account online. The reviews are short and sweet. Nine of them, all five stars, and nearly every one mentions the team by name. Ava comes up again and again, along with Alex, Noko and Karla. People describe staff who were helpful and accommodating and went out of their way during a hard family move. That is the whole story here. If you want a place where someone actually answers and helps, this location keeps showing up for it.
