About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul spot sits at Noland and I-70 in Independence, close to Independence Center Mall and Country Meadows. It handles indoor and outdoor storage, including vehicle and boat storage, so there is room for an RV rig alongside the usual household units. Reviewers mostly mention the staff. A few people describe Maurice and Tyler as polite and kind, and one notes they went out of their way to help with a trailer drop-off and a unit rental. Another reviewer calls the place well kept and clean, with wide, well-lit hallways that made coming and going feel safe. On the other side, one customer says their unit was sold after unanswered calls and emails, so read the rental terms closely. Access is 24/7, cameras are on site, and there is a wash station. Climate control is available and rentals run month to month.
