About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul location on the Mandarin side of Jacksonville offers both indoor and outdoor storage for RVs and boats. You get 24/7 access and cameras, plus a wash area to clean up before you park. It's a straightforward setup run by a team that reviews call prompt and helpful. Reviewers have mixed feelings about management. One person felt the staff was grumpy, while others said the team went out of their way to make things easier. The facility itself gets praised for being clean and secure, with a nice community area inside the doors. Some renters wish the office stayed open later than it does. If you need late access, it's worth checking the posted hours before you commit. The place also rents trucks and sells moving supplies, so you can handle a move in one stop.
