About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This is the U-Haul on Edgewood Ave in Jacksonville, up near Northside and Lake Forest. It handles indoor and outdoor storage, and vehicle storage is one of the listed services, so RVs and boats fit into what they do here. There's a wash on site and cameras watch the property. Access is available around the clock. Reviews land at 4.4 from 52 people. Several mention the staff by name and call them friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and a few say the wait was short and the rental process went smoothly. Not everyone had that experience. One reviewer describes a long wait for propane and a system that was down, and another writes about being given the wrong unit number and moved out without notice. Climate control and drive-up outdoor units are both offered, along with month-to-month rentals and online payments. Packing supplies and moving carts are sold on site. If you want a specific unit or have questions about RV sizes, call ahead before you drive over.
