About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This is the U-Haul on the Lake Forest side of things, near Laguna Hills and Heritage Hill Historic Park. It handles self storage along with vehicle, boat and RV parking, and both indoor and outdoor spots come up in what they offer. Security cameras are part of the setup, and access runs around the clock. Reviewers tend to talk about the people first. One said the staff went above and beyond and called the facility spotless and easy to get to. Another praised the crew as super friendly and helpful, though the same person had a rough time with the website, which threw errors and bad info on simple tasks. Lines can get long at the counter too. You can rent month to month, pay online, and pick up packing and moving supplies or a cart on site. Climate control is available for the indoor units. Rates on supplies and vehicle rentals were called reasonable by one reviewer.
