About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This is the U-Haul lot off I-35E near Lake Lewisville, so it pulls in a fair number of boat and RV owners along with regular storage customers. You get both indoor and outdoor spots, and the outdoor ones are drive-up, which helps when you're backing a rig in. Cameras and lighting are part of the setup. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Cheryl and Jose get named, and so do Shelby and Jordan. People describe quick transactions, clean grounds and employees who stayed patient even when a reservation got moved a couple of times. One reviewer called the crew uncompromising on quality, which reads like a compliment. Climate-controlled units are available if you're storing gear rather than the rig itself, and there's a wash on site. Rentals run month to month, and you can pay or manage your account online. Access is 24/7. Hours apply to the office, so call ahead if you need a person.
