People mention Richard and Jackie by name, saying the staff is friendly and helpful. One reviewer says the facility is always clean and well maintained. Another had a rough stretch after an accident and losing a job, and says the team worked with them so they wouldn't lose their stuff. Quick in and out, one person notes.
