About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul location in Menomonee Falls offers both indoor and outdoor storage for RVs, along with amenities like 24/7 access, cameras, and a wash area. It's a full self-storage facility with climate-controlled units and vehicle storage, so you can park your rig and have room for other belongings too. The place has a 4.0-star rating from 7 Google reviews. Reviewers mention that long-term renters have had good experiences, with one person storing items for almost 6 years without any incidents. The staff, particularly Misty, gets shout-outs for being helpful and professional. But some recent reviews point out maintenance issues, like gates that don't always work and secured doors that were removed. Another reviewer had a problem with a van rental key not being in the lockbox. It's a mixed bag, but if you need a spot with flexible access and a range of storage options, it's worth checking out. The facility offers month-to-month rent and online account management, which can make things easier. Just be aware that some areas might show wear and tear.
