About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul spot on the east side of Muncie handles indoor and outdoor storage, with climate-controlled units and drive-up outdoor space for rigs. You get 24/7 access and cameras on site. It sits near East McGalliard Road and Morningside, close to Muncie Mall and Ball State. Reviewers are few but happy. One customer came in right before closing and said the young man on staff was welcoming, walked through everything, and went the extra mile. Another liked that the first month was free for a short stay. A third mentioned the air conditioning while loading a truck. Online payments and contact-free rentals are part of the setup, and they sell packing and moving supplies on site. Vehicle storage is listed among the services, and there is a wash mentioned too. Hours are posted rather than round the clock, so check before you haul over.
