This is the U-Haul storage lot on the Pasco side of town, close to West Pasco and Chiawana Park. They run both indoor and outdoor storage, so you have a choice between a covered unit and a drive-up spot for the rig. The outdoor side is drive-up, which matters when you are backing a trailer or maneuvering a Class C. Indoor units are climate controlled if you want the RV out of the weather. Cameras cover the property and tenants get 24/7 access, plus there is a wash on site. Boat owners are covered too, and the office sells packing and moving supplies with dollies and carts on hand. Rentals run month to month, and you can pay and manage the account online. The single Google review so far is a 5.0 and calls the staff helpful, courteous and friendly, and the reviewer summed up the whole visit as a good experience.
