About Self-Storage at U-Haul

This is the U-Haul self-storage spot on the Plano side, close to Alma Drive and US-75 near Parker Road. RV and boat owners can pick between indoor units and outdoor drive-up spaces, so you have a place for the rig whether you want it under cover or just parked and locked. The property has 24/7 access and security cameras, plus climate control on the indoor side and a wash option. Reviews are thin but strong: a 5.0 across six of them. People keep mentioning how easy the process felt, from friendly check-in to clear directions. One reviewer said the whole thing could not have been simpler. Staff names come up more than once, with Troy, Brandi and Brian getting called out for service that felt professional and personal.
