About Self-Storage at U-Haul

This is a U-Haul Moving & Storage spot on the Sarasota side, near North Sarasota and Whitfield. It handles vehicle storage along with regular self-storage, so RVs, boats and cars can go here alongside household goods. You get both indoor units and outdoor drive-up spaces, and climate-controlled units are available if you want your rig out of the Florida humidity. Access runs 24/7 and cameras are part of the setup. There is a wash on site and outdoor drive-up parking, which makes dropping off or pulling out a larger vehicle less of a project. Rentals are month to month, and you can reserve and pay online. It holds a 4.3 rating across 6 Google reviews. The feedback is mixed. Some people call it the best U-Haul for renting and storing, and one reviewer was pleased with the location and hours. A longer review describes a rental truck that arrived dirty and a car that wasn't secured on the dolly correctly, which led to a roadside stop in Georgia. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you book.
