About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This is the U-Haul on the storage side of things in Schofield, just off Grand Avenue and US Highway 51, so it is an easy pull for anyone coming from Wausau or the north side. RV owners here get both indoor and outdoor options. The outdoor spaces are drive-up, which matters when you are backing a rig in after a long weekend. Indoor units are climate controlled, and there are cameras on site plus 24/7 access if you need to get to your rig outside normal hours. Boats are listed among the vehicle types they take, along with cars and personal or business storage. Rentals run month to month, and you can set up and pay online. The one review on file is a five-star write-up from someone who kept a climate controlled unit for several months. They called it secure, said the office staff were friendly and helpful, and would recommend the place. That is a small sample, so weigh it as one person's experience.
