About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This is the U-Haul storage spot on West Spokane, near West Hills and Indian Canyon. It runs 4.0 stars across 9 Google reviews, so it's not perfect but most people come away satisfied. Reviewers talk about staff walking them through the facility, answering questions, and showing them how to get in and out. One person moving out of a mold-filled apartment said the team set them up with a unit at no charge. Another said their roommate worked at this location and the recommendation held up. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer described a rental that kept getting worse from start to finish. You get climate-controlled indoor units plus outdoor drive-up spaces, which covers RVs and boats along with regular household stuff. Cameras are on site and storage access is 24/7. Rentals run month to month, and you can handle payments and your account online. Packing supplies and moving carts are sold or lent at the office.
